How to animate your logo in Clipchamp
Step 1. Upload your logo
To upload your logo to the brand kit, click on the brand kit tab on the toolbar. Next, click on the add logos button under the logos section.
Click on the add logos button. Here, you can upload your PNG or JPEG logo file from your device to the editor. The brand kit feature is available for paid subscribers.
If you aren’t a paid subscriber, you can upload your logo image to the editor using the import media button in the your media tab.
Drag and drop your logo onto the timeline above your video.
Step 2. Customize the position, size, and length of your logo
Freely move your logo asset around the video preview to edit the position. Using the corners, drag the white corners in and out to make your logo bigger (drag out) or smaller (drag in).
To edit the length of your logo, drag the green handles to the right of the toolbar. This will extend the length of your logo.
Step 3. Add animated special effects
To add an animation element to your logo, click on the effects tab on the property panel. Hover over each effect to preview their animation. Choose from a variety of effects like rotating, slow zoom, spin, glitch, vertical, kaleidoscope and more. Once you have chosen an effect, click on the effect to apply. You can apply multiple effects at once.
Each effect offers different customizations. The rotate effect allows you to edit the speed of the rotation using the speed slider. Drag the slider to the right to increase the speed. You can also click on the reverse button.
Step 4. Preview and save your animated logo video
Before saving your new animated logo video, make sure to preview by clicking on the play button. When you’re ready to save, click on the export button and select a video resolution. We recommend saving all videos in 1080p video resolution for the best quality. Paid subscribers can save in 4K video resolution.
